 Hey Guys & Girls my name's Jojo & currently studying towards my degree in fashion & textiles with Hull University.

I am a self confessed Adidas addict!! Lovin all things Adidas Originals.
"you can never have to many pairs of trainers"
Even secured myself some work experience at Adidas head office.
Eek exciting times ahead.

I am passionate about fashion & draw my inspiration from various sources such as graffiti/street art,  tattoos, 80s/90s sportswear & even the modified car scene especially Hot rods/low riders! You can find me at many a car show.

I have created a brand Hey Shorty which will create & supply unique urban style clothing for women.  As lets be fair the market is seriously limited in this area, resulting in us ladies having to customize menswear!
So watch this space girls.

Came across theses the other day and couldn't resist! If like me you grew up in the 90's , you'll remember Puma releasing the Puma discs in 1994. The laces were replaced with a disc and wires & you simply turned the disc to tighten your sneaker. MAGIC!!! Well it seemed it at the time & they quickly became the trainer to have at school that year. I wasn't one of the fortunate people who owned a pair back then (massive sad face).  However  my brother did so that was almost as good hahaha. Well over 20 years later I own a pair!!! Puma have a ongoing collaboration with Sophia Chang and shes created these wedged  version of the discs. A new spin on a old classic and I've been transported back in time and I'm pleased as punch lol, If you haven't heard of Sophia Chang you should check her out. Well last week brought to a end my first design brief. I was extremely pleased with how my skirt and shirt turned out. And even more happy with the grades that accompanied the manufacture and the design process! 2-1  Whoop whoop. Check it out and let me know what you think!

WHEN YOU FINALLY MEET YOUR HERO ...  WORK EXPERENCE AT ADIDAS HEAD OFFICE Well after about 3 year of pestering I was finally given the go ahead for some work experience at the Adidas head office. Upon arrival I was given a multitude of forms to sign........one being a confidentiality agreement (very MI5). I was told that this was due to the fact I would be working with the spring/summer 2018 collections!!!!! EEK how exciting.  Unfortunately this also meant that I wasn't allowed to take any photos apart from in the communal areas. Now this is a company I can work for......they have such a laid back approach and think nothing if you get up from your desk to pop to one of there two colossal on site gyms for the odd hour to blow of some steam. Adidas belive in keeping there staff as healthy as possible and are happy to help you in your quest for fitness and general wellbeing. And it WORKS.......
