Hey Shorty clothing apparel

Well last week brought to a end my first design brief. I was extremely pleased with how my skirt and shirt turned out. And even more happy with the grades that accompanied the manufacture and the design process! 2-1  Whoop whoop. Check it out and let me know what you think!

Came across theses the other day and couldn't resist! If like me you grew up in the 90's , you'll remember Puma releasing the Puma discs in 1994. The laces were replaced with a disc and wires & you simply turned the disc to tighten your sneaker. MAGIC!!! Well it seemed it at the time & they quickly became the trainer to have at school that year. I wasn't one of the fortunate people who owned a pair back then (massive sad face).  However  my brother did so that was almost as good hahaha. Well over 20 years later I own a pair!!! Puma have a ongoing collaboration with Sophia Chang and shes created these wedged  version of the discs. A new spin on a old classic and I've been transported back in time and I'm pleased as punch lol, If you haven't heard of Sophia Chang you should check her out. Hello there, Its been about a week without me blogging due to illness but am back now. I've picked up these little beauties in my absence or should I say my beautiful other half got me them as prezzies bless him! Design sketchbook is bursting at the seams! I've battled through the coughs, sneezes and snot & against all odd produced something am quite proud of. A few minor adjustments to do tomorrow & then am all done & dusted,

Well I've still got the lurgy.   So while trying to crack on with uni work I have "stumbled" across this little beauty. Part of Adidas Originals new capsule collection. My email from Adidas says its out now but its no where to be seen on the website and I'm heart broken.   Think I'm going to have to start calling my contacts to get my mits on these ASAP!!!

Well am still not well & I don't want to subject you to a picture of what I look like today. There isn't a thing I don't like about this look! Massive outfit envy!!!! Uni deadlines approaching & I'm sick.  Hi there, I've woke up this morning & I am coming down with flu!!  Just what I need when I have Uni deadlines ahhhhhhhh. So today I can be found on the sofa feeling sorry for myself & attempting to do my work. Hi everyone thought I would share a snippet of my ever growing sneaker collection. Paying respect to the late Run DMC with Adidas shell toe trainers with hidden platform & Run DMC Adidas leggings.  All available at www.adidas.co.uk Pink & turquoise Adidas Originals Dragons! Available at JD sports stores & a bargain at only £35.00. So much of a bargain I bought a pair in royal blue.   Farm x Adidas Gazelle.  I adore this collaboration, great spin on a old classic making them girly.  I team mine with pretty dresses & frilly socks for a cute summer look!   Today I've been out snapping some pics for a street style section to share with you.  I've found a super cool couple who are happy for me to show you there pictures & to give you a insight into where they shop etc..  Been having a dabble with screen printing this week. And I must say I am enjoying every minute of it.  It is fast becoming my favored textiles medium. Hey Shorty logos in process!! My Hey Shorty repeat pattern. Screen burnt & ready to create. My very own custom Hey Shorty fabric ready to be used on my shirt designs!  Cant wait to see this bad boy finished.
